Introduction

This entry‑level position offers a dynamic environment where you will interact directly with guests, support daily store operations, and contribute to the brand’s online presence. Work hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, providing a stable schedule for those who prefer a consistent routine.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, answer inquiries, and guide them through the menu.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery.
- Process payments using POS systems and issue receipts while maintaining cash handling integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including table setting, floor sweeping, and restroom checks.
- Assist in inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and preparing daily product displays.
- Update the restaurant’s social media platforms with promotions, menu changes, and engaging visual content.
- Enter daily sales data, attendance logs, and inventory figures into the store management system (a key duty for the head of the store).
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and the store manager to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, reporting any issues promptly.
- Participate in periodic staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring manager).
- Age: No upper limit; candidates must not be currently enrolled in school or university.
- No prior work experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
