Introduction

Work hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday, providing a stable schedule for those who prefer a consistent routine.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet customers, answer inquiries, and guide them through the menu.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to kitchen staff, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Process payments using POS systems and issue receipts while maintaining cash handling integrity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized dining area, including table setting, floor sweeping, and restroom checks.
  • Assist in inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and preparing daily product displays.
  • Update the restaurant’s social media platforms with promotions, menu changes, and engaging visual content.
  • Enter daily sales data, attendance logs, and inventory figures into the store management system (a key duty for the head of the store).
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow servers, and the store manager to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Participate in periodic staff meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent diploma.
  • Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring manager).
  • Age: No upper limit; candidates must not be currently enrolled in school or university.
  • No prior work experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both guests and colleagues.
  • Basic proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for promotional activities.
  • Ability to input and manage data accurately using standard office software.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle moderate lifting of supplies.
