Introduction
Home Credit Indonesia (HCI) is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our retail sales team as Crew Penjualan Toko Area Ungaran. This role is focused on promoting HCI’s payment solutions directly within local stores, assisting customers through the financing process, and driving brand awareness through both in‑store interaction and social media channels. The ideal candidate will be a personable, tech‑savvy professional who can represent our brand with confidence and deliver exceptional service to our growing customer base.
Responsibilities
- Actively approach store customers to introduce and explain Home Credit payment products, tailoring the pitch to each shopper’s needs.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of HCI financing options, guiding customers through the application and approval process.
- Utilize a personal Android smartphone to capture customer data, process transactions, and maintain accurate sales logs.
- Promote HCI financing solutions on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) by creating engaging posts, stories, and short videos that highlight success stories and special offers.
- Provide clear, step‑by‑step assistance to customers during the payment process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Collaborate with store management and other sales crew members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports, including sales figures, customer feedback, and market insights to the regional supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing product training sessions and share best practices with teammates to continuously improve service quality.
- Maintain a tidy, professional appearance and keep the workplace organized, including proper handling of promotional materials and sales equipment.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 35 years, with a maximum age limit of 40 for senior positions.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Either prior sales experience or a fresh graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow in a retail finance environment.

- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English is a plus.
- Proficient use of Android smartphones and basic digital literacy (social media, messaging apps, and data entry).
- Professional and presentable appearance, reflecting the brand’s image.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivation, punctuality, and a willingness to work fixed hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday (non‑shifting).
- Ability to work independently within a store setting while also collaborating effectively with the wider HCI team.
