Responsibilities

- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular shelf checks, and promptly report low inventory to the department supervisor.
- Inspect product quality, verify expiration dates, and remove any items that do not meet safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment by tidying aisles, sweeping floors, and ensuring displays remain presentable.
- Support cashiers and other team members during peak periods, including bagging purchases and handling occasional checkout duties.
- Participate in daily briefings, follow safety protocols, and adhere to store policies regarding loss prevention and customer confidentiality.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve store layout, suggest product placement enhancements, and contribute ideas that boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old, with a maximum limit of 26 at the time of hiring.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior work experience required, though any exposure to retail or customer service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality and store presentation.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends in a high‑energy environment.
