We are seeking motivated and reliable Pekerja Harian Area Publik (Daily Public Area Worker) to join our dynamic hospitality team. As a Daily Worker, you will be a key contributor to the smooth operation of our hotel and restaurant facilities, ensuring that public areas remain clean, welcoming, and safe for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of lobby, corridors, dining areas, and other public spaces on a daily basis.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and promptly address any maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and basic service requests, always demonstrating a hospitality‑first mindset.
- Support front‑desk and food‑service teams during peak periods, including setting up banquet rooms and replenishing supplies.
- Handle waste management, recycling, and proper disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with hotel policies.
- Participate in shift hand‑over meetings, documenting completed tasks and any outstanding items for the next team.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
- Provide flexible coverage for weekend, holiday, and night shifts as required by the operational schedule.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, such as suggesting better workflow arrangements or eco‑friendly cleaning practices.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK; positions with specific technical needs may prefer D3/D4 or S1 degrees related to hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1‑2 years in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or other hospitality setting. Fresh graduates are welcome for the Daily Worker track.
- Strong understanding of hotel and restaurant operations, including guest flow, service standards, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine hospitality mindset focused on guest satisfaction.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Willingness to work flexible shift patterns, including weekends and public holidays.
- Specific to Daily Worker: Availability for daily employment, rapid adaptability to new tasks, and readiness to commence work on short notice.
