Introduction
BCA Finance is seeking a motivated Area Recovery Consultant to join our dynamic team in Solo and its surrounding regions. This full‑time position plays a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of the organization by managing overdue consumer accounts that have exceeded 150 days past due. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, utilizing strong negotiation and analytical skills to minimize losses while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:30, with a vibrant office environment located at our Solo branch. Candidates must reside in or near Solo, hold a valid motorcycle license (SIM C), and own a personal motorcycle for field visits.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize consumer accounts that are 150 days past due or older, using the company’s credit management system.
- Conduct outbound calls, send formal reminders, and arrange on‑site visits to discuss payment options with delinquent borrowers.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Legal, Credit Risk, and Operations to gather necessary documentation and support the recovery process.
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring agreements that align with regulatory guidelines and BCA Finance policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on recovery performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with external agencies (e.g., collection firms, legal counsel) when cases require escalated action.
- Educate borrowers on the consequences of non‑payment and the benefits of timely repayment, fostering long‑term financial responsibility.
- Adhere to the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022) by handling all consumer data securely and confidentially.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Analytical mindset capable of interpreting financial data and identifying risk patterns.
- Active listening, empathy, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Valid SIM C and personal motorcycle for field activities.
- Residency in Solo or surrounding areas and willingness to be stationed at the BCA Finance Solo branch.
