Responsibilities
The Housekeeping Attendant will be responsible for a broad range of duties that ensure the overall cleanliness and comfort of the workplace. Core responsibilities include:
- Daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, corridors, and common areas to meet company hygiene standards.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Restocking consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, and reporting low inventory to the supervisor.
- Inspecting and maintaining cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or needed repairs promptly.
- Conducting routine checks of lighting, HVAC vents, and other facility components, and notifying management of any deficiencies.
- Organizing and arranging equipment, tools, and supplies in designated storage areas to keep workspaces tidy.
- Coordinating with other service teams (security, maintenance, reception) to ensure seamless operations.
- Following established safety and chemical handling procedures to protect personal health and the environment.
- Documenting daily activities, incidents, and special requests in the housekeeping logbook.
- Supporting special projects such as event setup, deep‑cleaning initiatives, and seasonal décor installations.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will meet the following educational, experience, and personal criteria:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMP qualification is also acceptable.
- Male candidates, age 35 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, or a related field.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Disciplined, honest, and possessing a solid work ethic.
- Physically fit and capable of performing active cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with standard cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting politely with guests and internal staff.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
