This role is essential for ensuring that customers receive their orders quickly, safely, and in perfect condition, reinforcing our reputation for reliability and superior service.
Responsibilities
- Deliver parcels, documents, and e‑commerce orders to the exact addresses specified in the dispatch system, using the most efficient routes.
- Verify that each item is packaged securely, intact, and free from damage before departure.
- Utilize Google Maps and the company’s proprietary routing app to navigate Jakarta’s dense traffic and dynamic road conditions.
- Obtain recipient signatures or digital confirmations in accordance with company SOPs, and record any special delivery instructions.
- Report any delivery obstacles—such as road closures, address inaccuracies, or recipient unavailability—promptly to the operations center.
- Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) transactions when required, ensuring accurate accounting and safe hand‑over of funds.
- Maintain the motorbike in a clean and road‑worthy condition, performing daily checks on brakes, lights, and fuel levels.
- Participate in briefings and debriefings, providing feedback on route performance and customer interactions.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations, wearing appropriate protective gear and following traffic laws at all times.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C (motorcycle) and active STNK for the assigned motorbike.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone that meets the operating system standards for our logistics application.
- Clean personal appearance – no tattoos or body piercings visible while on duty.
- Strong sense of time management and the ability to meet tight delivery windows.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, warehouse staff, and dispatch coordinators.
- Problem‑solving mindset to handle unexpected delivery issues such as incorrect addresses or recipient absence.
- Physical stamina to load and unload parcels repeatedly throughout an 8‑hour shift.
