Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Taking Order (TO) Representative to join our fast‑growing FMCG team in the Kabupaten Bogor area, specifically covering the Jasinga region. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on direct customer interaction, possess a strong work ethic, and are eager to develop a career in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, building relationships with retailers, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our product portfolio to the market.
Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and convenience stores within the Jasinga zone to present product offerings and secure daily orders.
- Collect and accurately record order details using Android smartphones or other digital devices, ensuring data integrity for the sales team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the product range, promotional schemes, and pricing structures to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by proactively identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Provide excellent after‑sales service, addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and report insights to the regional sales manager.
- Prepare daily activity reports, including coverage maps, order volumes, and any challenges faced on the field.
- Ensure proper merchandising and shelf placement of products according to company guidelines.
- Maintain personal safety and vehicle upkeep, adhering to all company policies while traveling throughout the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector (direct sales, sales canvasser, or similar roles).
- Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
- Must reside in or near the Jasinga area and be willing to cover the designated territory.
- Own a reliable motorbike and a valid SIM C license.
- Proficient in operating Android smartphones, tablets, or other digital gadgets for order entry and communication.
- Strong business communication skills, competitive analysis abilities, and a passion for sales.
- Demonstrated commitment, self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently.
