- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and handle point‑of‑sale transactions efficiently.
- Support the kitchen team by restocking display trays, refilling beverage stations, and monitoring inventory levels of ready‑to‑sell items.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of baked goods and regular sanitization of work surfaces.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members during shift changes, sharing important information about stock levels, special promotions, and any operational issues.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new menu items, customer service techniques, and health‑and‑safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a D3 diploma is a plus.
- Prior experience in the F&B sector, especially as a waitress or front‑of‑house staff, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Friendly, proactive, and detail‑oriented personality with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
- Ability to work reliably on a rotating shift schedule, including evenings and weekends (Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00–14:00).
- Team player who can adapt quickly to fast‑changing situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads (e.g., trays of pastries).
