We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Pemimpin Outlet Area Sukoharjo to lead our flagship outlet in Sukoharjo. This pivotal role combines hands‑on operational oversight with strategic business planning to ensure the outlet meets and exceeds its financial targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall condition and appearance of the outlet, ensuring all facilities are clean, safe, and fully operational.
- Develop, implement, and monitor business plans that align with corporate revenue goals, regularly analyzing sales data to adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including staffing, inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage the outlet’s petty cash with strict accountability, preparing accurate reports and reconciling transactions on a regular basis.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty through personalized service and proactive engagement.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, listening attentively, providing effective solutions, and ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Conduct follow‑up activities with potential customers (leads), converting interest into sales and expanding the outlet’s market share.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team, promoting teamwork, continuous learning, and a culture of excellence.
- Coordinate with corporate headquarters for training programs, reporting, and the implementation of new initiatives.
- Participate in a mandatory one‑month training program in West Jakarta to align with company standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail, outlet management, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, make decisions, and drive performance.
- Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work across departments.
- Problem‑solving: Demonstrated capacity to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Adaptability & Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable navigating change and building rapport with customers and staff.
