This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and narrative voice of our company across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller, comfortable in front of the camera, and proficient with modern editing tools. Responsibilities
- Develop, produce, and publish engaging visual and written content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Conceptualize and execute short‑form videos, reels, and stories that align with brand aesthetics and marketing goals.
- Conduct regular content research and trend analysis to keep the brand ahead of industry movements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure messaging consistency and timely promotion of new collections.
- Act in front of the camera for product showcases, behind‑the‑scenes footage, and brand‑ambassador segments.
- Edit photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and other relevant software.
- Maintain a content calendar, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Provide strategic input for overall social media strategy, including audience growth tactics and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, copyright regulations, and platform best practices.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform updates, and emerging social media features.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a content creator, preferably within the fashion, textile, or garment industry.
- Strong visual sense and an attractive on‑camera presence; confidence and charisma are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling stories and maintain a cohesive brand voice.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud suite) – considered a strong plus.
- Ability to operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, and basic audio equipment.
- Creative mindset with rapid adaptation to fast‑changing trends and platform algorithms.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Open to working flexible hours, with core hours from 08:30 to 16:30; exact work days will be communicated later.
