As a Barista Keliling – Rider Triji Rover, you will be the friendly face of the brand, delivering high‑quality beverages while riding an electric bike, engaging customers, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic, youth‑driven business.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting new people, have a passion for coffee culture, and are eager to learn the art of barista work. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and matcha beverages using portable equipment mounted on an electric bicycle.
- Engage customers with a warm, personable attitude, answering questions about the menu and sharing the story of Kopi Triji.
- Complete daily order forms, manage inventory, and ensure all supplies (cups, lids, syrups, milk, etc.) are stocked before each shift.
- Accurately record sales, handle cash transactions, and submit daily revenue reports to the operations team.
- Maintain the electric bike in excellent condition, performing routine checks, charging the battery, and reporting any mechanical issues.
- Identify high‑traffic locations, propose new vending spots, and collaborate with the logistics team to secure prime selling points.
- Participate in regular training sessions on coffee preparation, customer service, and basic marketing techniques.
- Assist in promotional events, pop‑up collaborations, and community outreach activities organized by Kopi Triji.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Open to all genders.
- Age: No maximum limit; we welcome candidates of any age who are energetic and reliable.
- No prior work experience required; a willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
- Basic computer literacy for filling out order forms and sales reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Physical ability to ride an electric bicycle for up to 10 hours per day and handle light equipment.
- Passion for coffee, matcha, or a genuine interest in the food‑and‑beverage industry.
- Marketing mindset – comfortable promoting products in a B2C environment.
