Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee beverages—including espresso, cappuccino, latte art, pour‑over, and cold brew—according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain and calibrate coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers) to ensure optimal extraction and flavor consistency.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, recommend drinks based on taste preferences, and handle transactions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; place orders and receive deliveries to avoid stockouts.
- Ensure the coffee bar area is clean, organized, and complies with food safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in training new staff members on brewing techniques, equipment handling, and customer service protocols.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal menu development and promotional events to attract new patrons.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
- Demonstrate composure under pressure, especially during high‑traffic periods such as weekends and local events.
- Uphold a professional appearance and courteous demeanor, representing the brand’s image positively.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 30 years old; candidates must be male (Laki‑laki) as specified.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive barista training.
- Physical appearance: Well‑groomed and presentable, reflecting the premium image of our coffeehouse.
- Personal attributes: Honesty, strong work ethic, willingness to work in a team, and polite behavior.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain quality service under pressure.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Banyuwangi City on a full‑time basis; part‑time applicants or those still enrolled in school will not be considered.
- Skills: Basic barista competencies (grinding, tamping, steaming) and a genuine enthusiasm for coffee culture.
- Availability: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
