Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Perbankan Wilayah Mataram to join our growing banking team. This role focuses on driving vehicle financing and refinancing solutions while building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across the Mataram region. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator with a solid foundation in marketing and banking, ready to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted marketing activities for motor vehicle financing and refinancing products, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective customers, brokers, and dealership partners to expand market reach.
- Guide applicants through the credit application process, performing thorough credit analyses and assessing borrower eligibility.
- Collaborate with credit risk and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals.
- Monitor the performance and quality of the loan portfolio, taking corrective actions to maintain low delinquency rates.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance metrics for senior management.
- Participate in community events and networking activities to raise the bank’s visibility and reputation.
- Adhere to compliance standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or equivalent; all study fields are considered.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or banking, preferably with exposure to vehicle financing or consumer loans.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the bank’s brand standards.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate creditworthiness and interpret sales data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Willingness to be placed in a work unit aligned with the applicant’s domicile and the bank’s operational needs.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
