Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Service Officer – Professional Team Member to join our dynamic facilities team. This position is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our state‑of‑the‑art padel courts, fully equipped gym, and all associated restroom facilities. As the front line of our cleanliness operations, you will ensure that members, guests, and staff experience a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment every day. The role offers a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a reliable work‑life balance while contributing to the overall reputation of our premium sports and wellness center.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of padel courts, gym equipment, and toilet areas before opening, during operations, and after closing.
- Perform routine sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising of high‑touch surfaces such as handles, benches, and locker rooms.
- Operate cleaning equipment—including floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners, and pressure washers—according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Mix and apply appropriate cleaning chemicals safely, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Inspect facilities for any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction and report findings promptly to the facilities manager.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the venue for special events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate logs of cleaning schedules, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with the security and reception teams to coordinate cleaning tasks around peak usage times.
- Participate in regular training sessions on hygiene standards, emergency procedures, and new cleaning technologies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as per the current operational policy.

- No prior professional cleaning experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.

- Effective communication skills for reporting issues and coordinating with team members.
