As a Beauty Advisor, you will become the face of our brand, helping clients discover products that enhance their natural beauty while meeting sales targets and upholding our high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, assess their beauty needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Demonstrate the proper use of cosmetics and skincare items, offering tips and techniques to maximize results.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest beauty trends, product launches, and competitive offerings.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals through effective upselling, cross‑selling, and loyalty program enrollment.
  • Manage inventory on the sales floor, ensuring products are well‑stocked, neatly displayed, and properly labeled.
  • Conduct regular skin analyses and mini‑consultations to build trust and long‑term client relationships.
  • Assist in visual merchandising, creating attractive product arrangements that drive foot traffic.
  • Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and process returns or exchanges in accordance with company policy.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and product certification programs.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential improvements to the product range.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: Female candidates up to 35 years old; all genders are welcome to apply for other positions.
  • Experience: At least 0‑2 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor, Beauty Consultant, or in a related cosmetics/skincare role.
  • Appearance: Professional, well‑groomed, and a pleasant demeanor that reflects the brand’s image.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to listen actively and convey product information clearly.
  • Passion: Genuine enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, and personal care industries.
  • Mobility: Possession of a motorcycle and the ability to ride it is preferred for occasional off‑site promotions.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Core Skills: Sales development, customer relationship management, and basic knowledge of makeup application techniques.
