Responsibilities
- Promote and market BCA Finance products to prospective customers, actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough feasibility and creditworthiness analyses using consumer data to assess loan eligibility.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with BCA Finance partners, agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional sales manager.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and underwriting teams to tailor product offerings to specific market segments.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations, especially the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022), ensuring all customer data is handled securely.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and community outreach events to enhance product knowledge and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4/S1 (any major) with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Open to candidates of any gender; all ages are welcome.
- Residence in Tangerang or nearby districts, with willingness to be assigned to the BCA Finance Tangerang branch.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret consumer financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Commitment to comply with data‑protection regulations and to safeguard personal information.
