Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and provide tailored product recommendations based on each customer’s unique concerns.
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines, ingredient benefits, and makeup application techniques through one‑on‑one consultations and mini‑workshops.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting the full range of skincare and makeup products.
- Maintain an inviting and well‑organized product display, ensuring that promotional items are highlighted daily.
- Record daily and weekly sales metrics, inventory movements, and customer feedback in the company’s CRM system.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry innovations to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create engaging in‑store experiences and seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product knowledge workshops, and brand ambassador events.
- Provide after‑sale support, including follow‑up calls or messages to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Adhere to corporate policies, health and safety standards, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in beauty, cosmetology, or sales management is a plus.
- Age: 21‑31 years, female, single.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail beauty sales, skincare consulting, or makeup services.
- Fast learner with a strong desire to acquire new product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confidence to engage with diverse customers daily.
- Detail‑oriented, with the ability to quickly memorize product specifications and client preferences.
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, and committed to achieving personal and team sales goals.
- Flexible to work Monday through Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, within the designated corporate area.
- Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
