This role focuses on expanding the market presence of mobile phone accessories within the city, building strong relationships with retail partners, and driving revenue through proactive sales activities. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily and weekly visits to existing partner outlets and kiosks throughout Palembang to maintain a visible brand presence.
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver product education sessions, demonstrating the features and benefits of our latest mobile accessories to retail staff and customers.
- Execute targeted promotional campaigns, including in‑store displays, special offers, and seasonal events, to boost sales velocity.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new retail locations, expanding the distribution network and increasing market penetration.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, and report findings to the regional sales manager.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecast future demand, and track key performance indicators such as outlet coverage, order volume, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery, inventory availability, and consistent branding across all touch points.
- Provide after‑sales support, addressing any issues or complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates aged between 24 and 35 years; local residents only (no migrant workers).
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories, consumer electronics, or related retail sectors.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license for independent travel across the city.
- Deep familiarity with the Palembang area, including major commercial districts and emerging neighborhoods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly with diverse retail partners.
- Demonstrated analytical ability to assess market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- High level of adaptability and quick learning, enabling effective response to fast‑changing product lines and promotional calendars.
- Must not be currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in any academic program during employment.
