We are looking for an enthusiastic Penjaga Toko dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our vibrant retail team. This role is the front‑line ambassador of our brand, responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, crafting our signature Es Bonang drinks, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and possess a genuine passion for culinary service.
Responsibilities
- Product Preparation (Mise en Place): Slice fresh jackfruit, cook jelly to the perfect consistency, and ensure pandan milk supplies are stocked and stored correctly each day.
- Drink Preparation (Barista/Server): Follow standardized recipes to blend Es Bonang drinks, guaranteeing the “Full Susu” taste remains consistent across every serving.
- Customer Service: Greet patrons warmly, explain the health benefits of our beverages, answer product questions, and handle cash or digital payments with accuracy.
- Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless bar area, clean cooking equipment, sanitize storage containers, and keep the waiting area hygienic at all times.
- Inventory Management: Record daily inbound and outbound ingredient movements, monitor stock levels, and report low inventory to the owner for timely replenishment.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff and fellow servers during peak hours to ensure smooth workflow and minimize wait times.
- Compliance: Adhere to food safety regulations, company SOPs, and health‑department guidelines to protect both customers and staff.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum junior high school (SMP/MTS) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; all ages welcome.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a similar retail, food‑service, or barista position.
- Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Honesty, discipline, and a customer‑first mindset.
