Introduction

The Branch Recovery Operations Head is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the recovery workflow within our regional branch. This position focuses on recruiting, training, and supervising a network of recovery partners (mitra lunas tarik) to ensure efficient and compliant collection of outstanding work orders (WO). The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with hands‑on field experience, managing both internal teams and external stakeholders to meet aggressive recovery targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the recruitment process for recovery partners in alignment with branch needs, ensuring a robust talent pipeline to support daily recovery activities.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and ongoing mentorship to elevate partner competency, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop weekly assignment schedules for prospective and active work orders, balancing priority levels with the capacity of each partner.
  • Monitor field performance through regular visitation, tracking, and reporting to guarantee that recovery actions meet defined targets and procedural requirements.
  • Follow up on all recovery work order sources, whether generated by partner tracking efforts or centrally assigned by the Head Office.
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily activity reports—including visits, tracking outcomes, and work order follow‑ups—to the Branch Manager and Head Office.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with third‑party entities such as PT Prof Coll, law enforcement agencies, and other supporting organizations to facilitate seamless execution of recovery operations.
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall recovery efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, data privacy standards, and internal audit procedures throughout all recovery activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar recovery or collections role, or 2 years in a supervisory capacity within the same function.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM A or C) with a clean driving record.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict performance targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the local geography and familiarity with the branch’s operational area.
  • Established external network and relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., legal entities, enforcement officers, partner organizations).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills, with a focus on ethical recovery practices.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and a results‑driven mindset.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional field visits outside standard hours as needed.
