Introduction
Harapan Indah, a leading financial services provider operating across the Jabodetabek area, is seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to join our dynamic sales and credit team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our product offerings and both existing and prospective customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry through credit approval and payment.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell the company’s portfolio of financial products to existing clients as well as new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, collect initial customer data, verify information, and complete all required documentation for credit applications.
- Monitor the status of each credit application, coordinating with internal underwriting teams, and promptly communicate approval or denial decisions to dealers and customers.
- Provide clear information on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms that customers must understand.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer interactions, follow‑up actions, and outcome metrics on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to relay market feedback, helping to refine product features and promotional strategies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes, new product launches, and best practices in customer relationship management.
- Assist in resolving customer disputes or concerns, escalating complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: 29 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer relationship roles, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and build trust quickly.
- Excellent data‑entry and documentation abilities, ensuring all credit applications are complete and accurate.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic financial software.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:30.
