Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Specialist – Social Media to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will combine a keen eye for visual storytelling with hands‑on technical skills, delivering engaging video and photo content that resonates with our audience while staying ahead of the latest social trends.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish daily short‑form video and photo content for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring each piece aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
- Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras to capture high‑quality footage, then edit using CapCut (mobile and desktop) or comparable editing tools.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, coordinating with cross‑functional teams (design, product, sales) to meet launch deadlines.
- Monitor platform analytics, generate weekly performance reports, and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics, reach, and conversion data.
- Stay informed about the latest algorithm updates, trending sounds, challenges, and community guidelines on Instagram and TikTok, applying insights to boost organic growth.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and cultivate an active online community that fosters brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, negotiating collaborations and ensuring content meets brand standards.
- Provide mentorship to junior social media staff, sharing best practices in storytelling, editing, and platform management.
- Assist in paid social campaigns by preparing ad creatives, setting up A/B tests, and tracking ROI.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in Marketing, Communication, or related fields is a plus.

- At least 0‑2 years of hands‑on experience managing business Instagram and TikTok accounts.
- Proficiency with smartphone video/photo capture and editing using CapCut (both mobile and desktop versions).
- Strong storytelling sense, even with simple concepts, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
- Comfortable operating DSLR or mirrorless cameras and basic knowledge of lighting and composition.
- Demonstrated awareness of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for audience growth.
- Highly motivated to learn, adaptable, and open‑minded (“ngk kaku”).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
