Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to potential and existing partner outlets to present product offerings and negotiate collaboration terms.
- Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the assigned territory.
- Maintain a daily activity log, update the CRM system, and report key performance indicators to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to organise promotional events, product launches, and in‑store activations.
- Provide after‑sales support, resolve partner inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Travel extensively across Sumatera Barat using a personal motorcycle, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Maximum 28 years at the time of application.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Own a reliable motorbike for field work.
- Willingness to sign a 12‑month initial contract.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Basic analytical skills for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00–19:00, with weekends off.
