This role focuses on expanding our market presence in the Area Limpung region through direct, face‑to‑face engagement with potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door visits and street‑level canvassing within the assigned territory to generate new leads and nurture existing relationships.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospective customers, addressing questions and objections professionally.
  • Maintain a daily activity log, including the number of contacts made, follow‑up appointments scheduled, and sales closed.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify untapped opportunities and provide feedback to the sales manager.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any fulfillment issues.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the region.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and best practices.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand image at all times while on the field.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in direct sales, door‑to‑door canvassing, or field marketing.
  • Core Skills:
    • Sales analysis and reporting.
    • Effective sales management and territory planning.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Self‑motivation and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
    • Basic proficiency with mobile devices and sales tracking applications.
  • Work Schedule: Typically 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekend or evening engagements as market demands dictate.
