Introduction

PT. Centrepark Citra Corpora, a rapidly expanding parking management leader across Indonesia, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Cashier Parking at our Ario Kemuning facility in Kemuning, Palembang, South Sumatra. This role is ideal for energetic candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy direct interaction with customers, and are eager to develop their operational skills in the parking services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Greet drivers and pedestrians entering the parking area with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Issue parking tickets, validate passes, and manage electronic payment terminals.
  • Collect cash, credit card, and mobile payments, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Reconcile daily cash receipts, prepare shift reports, and hand over balances to the next shift.
  • Monitor parking space availability and assist in directing traffic flow during peak hours.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve billing disputes, and provide information on rates and promotions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the cashier counter and surrounding area.
  • Collaborate with security and maintenance teams to report incidents, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards.
  • Support periodic audits and inventory checks of ticket rolls, receipts, and cash drawers.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new payment technologies and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑28 years.
  • Both male and female candidates are welcome; however, candidates must not wear glasses (no myopia or astigmatism correction).
  • Height: Minimum 165 cm for males, 155 cm for females; weight should be proportionate.
  • No body piercings or visible tattoos.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly with customers.
  • Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a keen sense of responsibility.
  • Team‑player attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions.
  • Willingness to start immediately and work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:30.
