We are seeking a diligent and trustworthy Karyawan Administrasi dan Pengelolaan Data to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a critical part in maintaining accurate records, supporting daily store operations, and ensuring the smooth flow of information across departments.
Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Data Administration Officer include, but are not limited to:
- Performing daily data entry and verification using the PS 465 point‑of‑sale and inventory management system.
- Maintaining and updating product catalogs, pricing tables, and stock level records.
- Generating routine reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and customer transactions.
- Assisting the store manager with paperwork, filing, and document control.
- Coordinating with the purchasing and logistics teams to reconcile received goods against purchase orders.
- Ensuring data integrity by conducting regular audits and correcting inconsistencies.
- Providing basic technical support for the PS 465 system, including troubleshooting minor issues.
- Supporting the preparation of month‑end and year‑end financial summaries.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline administrative workflows.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 23 years.
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- No prior work experience required, though any exposure to office environments is a plus.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in operating the PS 465 system (or similar POS software).
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia.
