Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our fast‑growing digital marketing team on a full‑time basis. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our brand’s presence across social media platforms, helping us engage audiences, build community, and drive conversion. Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop original content ideas that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Produce high‑quality photos, short‑form videos, graphics, and written copy tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools while ensuring optimal posting times for maximum reach.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team to integrate content into broader campaign strategies, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, click‑through rates) and generate weekly reports to refine content tactics.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, proposing innovative formats and interactive features.
  • Assist in community management by responding to comments, messages, and user‑generated content in a timely, brand‑consistent manner.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library and ensure all media adhere to brand guidelines and copyright regulations.
  • Support occasional brainstorming sessions for offline marketing assets, such as print collateral or event signage.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any discipline; a background in communications, media, or design is advantageous.
  • Age: Open to all applicants; no upper age limit.
  • Gender: All genders welcome.
  • Entry‑level to 2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in basic photo‑ and video‑editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or mobile equivalents).
  • Demonstrated ability to write concise, persuasive copy; copywriting skills are considered a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of current social media trends, platform nuances, and audience behavior.

  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
