Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous guarding and surveillance of all work areas, project sites, and warehouse premises.
- Control and monitor the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and goods, verifying identification and documentation.
- Perform regular patrols—both foot and vehicle‑based—to detect irregularities, hazards, or security breaches.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue temporary passes, and prepare daily security activity reports for management review.
- Identify, assess, and proactively prevent actions that could compromise the safety of the facility, including unauthorized access, loitering, or suspicious behavior.
- Coordinate promptly with internal emergency response teams, management, and local authorities during incidents, accidents, or fire alarms.
- Enforce company policies, maintain discipline, and ensure orderly conduct among employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems, access control panels, and communication radios effectively.
- Participate in periodic safety drills, fire‑escape exercises, and security audits to continually improve preparedness.
- Provide clear handover briefings to the incoming shift, highlighting any ongoing issues or incidents.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 27 and 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a security guard (Satpam) in a corporate, industrial, or warehouse setting.
- Holding a valid Gada Pratama certification is a strong plus.
- Excellent physical health and mental resilience; no visible tattoos or body piercings that conflict with company standards.
- Demonstrated discipline, firmness, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact politely with visitors, staff, and emergency services.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, and adapt to varying schedules.
- Basic administrative competence for logging incidents, completing reports, and managing access records.
- Familiarity with security software, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response protocols.
