Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Credit Marketing Officer to join our growing team in Cilegon. This role is pivotal in promoting our financial products to both existing and prospective customers, managing credit applications, and ensuring a seamless experience from order acquisition to payment collection. The successful candidate will work closely with distribution channels, dealers, and end‑consumers, acting as a trusted advisor and the face of our brand in the field.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell the company’s credit and financing products to existing customers and new prospects across the Cilegon region.
- Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, gathering initial customer data, and conducting thorough verification of creditworthiness.
- Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, liaising with underwriting teams and providing timely updates to dealers and customers.
- Communicate credit decisions clearly, outlining approval status, credit limits, and any conditions that must be met.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information necessary for smooth transaction completion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, application status, and follow‑up activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales, finance, and legal departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the credit lifecycle.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities for product improvement.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices to continuously enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline). Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age limit: maximum 29 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in credit marketing, sales, or customer relationship management (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory for fresh graduates).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty in handling confidential financial data.
- Strong analytical mindset to assess credit risk and make sound recommendations.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Flexibility to work in the assigned domicile area and travel to client sites as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or credit management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet weekly/monthly targets.
