Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at the flagship location in Iskandarsyah, Bassura City. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the beauty, fitness, and wellness industry and enjoy building lasting relationships with customers. As a key point of contact, you will represent our brand, promote our premium treatment services, and help drive revenue growth while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, social media outreach, and participation in local events to expand the client base.
- Maintain and nurture existing relationships by following up via phone, email, and in‑person visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by upselling complementary services, packages, and product lines.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, new treatment technologies, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen both hard (product knowledge, CRM systems) and soft (communication, negotiation) skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or higher preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience; 4 years preferred in beauty, fitness, or makeup sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset with excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to be based in Bassura City and work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, 08:00‑17:00.
