We are currently seeking a motivated Credit Marketing Officer to join our growing operations, drive product adoption, and ensure seamless credit processing from inquiry to settlement.
Responsibilities
- Proactively promote the company’s portfolio of credit products to both existing clients and prospective customers across diverse distribution channels.
- Capture new orders by gathering initial customer data, verifying information, and preparing complete credit application packages in accordance with internal policies.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to monitor the progress of each application, ensuring timely updates and transparent communication of credit decisions to dealers and end‑users.
- Educate customers on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional obligations, thereby reducing delinquency risk and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and documentation within the CRM system to support reporting and audit requirements.
- Identify market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, risk, and finance—to streamline processes and improve the overall credit lifecycle experience.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on regulatory changes, credit risk assessment techniques, and best practices in multifinance sales.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Age: Up to 29 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, ethical approach to customer interaction.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits and client meetings.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes, including credit appraisal, documentation, and collections.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage, though fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
- Proficiency in using office software, CRM platforms, and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
