Responsibilities
- Approach potential customers in partner stores (e.g., gadget, fashion, and electronics outlets) and introduce the Indodana PayLater product.
- Explain the benefits, eligibility criteria, and step‑by‑step usage of the PayLater service, emphasizing zero‑interest financing and quick approval processes.
- Guide shoppers through the application flow on mobile devices, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide after‑sale support to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with both customers and store staff to become the trusted point of contact for financing solutions.
- Collect daily feedback on consumer behavior and market trends, reporting insights to the sales manager for continuous improvement.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by converting foot traffic into active PayLater users.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements, compliance guidelines, and effective sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail promotion, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey complex financial concepts in simple terms.
- Persuasive and results‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced field environment, Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
