Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our growing team in Bekasi. This role is pivotal in driving the acquisition of new financing customers, promoting our suite of credit products, and ensuring a seamless application experience from prospect to approval. As a CMO, you will act as the face of our financial services, building trust with individuals and small businesses that need flexible financing solutions. The position offers a vibrant, field‑focused environment with a clear path for professional growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective customers who require financing solutions, leveraging cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
  • Present and promote a range of credit products—including personal loans, vehicle financing, and small‑business capital—tailoring the pitch to each client’s unique needs.
  • Clearly explain product features, application procedures, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms to ensure full transparency and customer confidence.
  • Collect, review, and verify all required documentation (identification, income statements, collateral details) to facilitate swift loan processing.
  • Conduct diligent follow‑up communications—via phone, email, or in‑person visits—to guide prospects through every stage of the application until final approval.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and booking quotas set by the management team, contributing to overall branch performance.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals while expanding the prospect pipeline.
  • Prepare and submit detailed activity reports, sales metrics, and market insights to supervisors on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with internal credit analysts, underwriting teams, and customer service to resolve issues and improve the end‑to‑end financing experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that could impact product positioning.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/ S1 qualifications are a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proven negotiation skills.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a high level of self‑motivation and the ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for field work, comfortable meeting and engaging with a diverse range of people.
  • Valid SIM C and personal vehicle are advantageous, facilitating efficient travel across the Bekasi area.
  • Willingness to be based in Bekasi, working Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
