Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and disciplined individuals to join our fast‑growing national food & beverage (F&B) brand as Outlet Crew – Operations Division. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, digital‑first environment and are passionate about delivering consistent, high‑quality products and exceptional service to every customer.
As a daily worker or part‑time team member (maximum 20 working days per month), you will be assigned to 1–3 outlets across major Indonesian cities. Reporting directly to the Outlet Leader, you will play a vital part in maintaining operational excellence and contributing to the brand’s reputation for speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble menu items according to strict taste and presentation standards, ensuring every order meets the brand’s quality criteria.
- Serve customers and delivery drivers promptly and courteously, aiming for an average service rating of 4.7/5 or higher.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of raw materials, reporting shortages and coordinating restocking to avoid disruptions.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic workspace by following all health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and equipment sanitation.
- Accurately record order details, handle cash or digital payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Assist the Outlet Leader in training new crew members, sharing best practices for efficiency and customer engagement.
- Identify and address order errors or service gaps immediately, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Participate in periodic performance reviews, providing feedback on process improvements and suggesting innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
- Support promotional activities, such as limited‑time offers or seasonal menu launches, by ensuring proper product availability and presentation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 28 years.
- Gender: Open to all.
- At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced F&B or retail environment.
- Strong adherence to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, proactive attitude.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure while maintaining product consistency.
- Basic stock control and inventory management capabilities.
- Willingness to learn new systems, including digital ordering platforms and point‑of‑sale (POS) tools.
