Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Consumer Healthcare (CH) Creative Lead to join our fast‑growing media team on a three‑month internship basis. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about visual storytelling, health‑focused branding, and cutting‑edge video technology. Working Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to produce compelling video assets that educate and inspire consumers about our health‑care solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, edit, and deliver high‑quality video clips for product launches, social media campaigns, and internal communications.
- Transform raw footage, motion graphics, and audio into polished final products using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- Leverage AI‑powered video tools (e.g., generative video editors, automated subtitling) to accelerate production timelines and experiment with innovative formats.
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to visual guidelines, color palettes, and tone of voice across all video deliverables.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and product managers to storyboard concepts and ensure messaging aligns with regulatory standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Provide constructive feedback during peer reviews and incorporate stakeholder input to refine final edits.
- Archive project files systematically and maintain an organized media library for future reuse.
- Participate in weekly creative brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for emerging digital channels such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Assist in monitoring performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) to gauge the effectiveness of video content and suggest data‑driven improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Design, Communication, Broadcasting, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and clipping work across a variety of content types.
- Proficiency with industry‑standard editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
- Familiarity with AI video tools is a significant plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver projects on schedule.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
