Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a welcoming and courteous relationship with patrons, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and hygiene, guaranteeing that each item meets the outlet’s quality standards.
  • Keep the dining and kitchen areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked throughout the shift, performing routine sanitation tasks as required.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including checking equipment, restocking supplies, and completing end‑of‑day paperwork.
  • Participate in shift handovers, communicating any special requests, stock shortages, or operational concerns to the next team.
  • Adapt to rolling shift schedules, including early‑morning sahur shifts, to support customers who are fasting.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18 years or older; no upper age limit.

  • Good moral character—disciplined, honest, and responsible.
  • Physically and mentally healthy, capable of standing for extended periods and handling food safely.
  • Willingness to work a 4‑hour shift each day from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, with additional flexibility for sahur shifts during Ramadhan.
  • Open to students; schedule must accommodate academic commitments.
  • Basic cooking and food‑service skills; ability to follow SOPs and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, service‑oriented attitude.
