Introduction

Located in a vibrant city environment, the position offers a balanced schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with the flexibility to work shifts that may include weekends and public holidays as required by business demand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives that align with Accor’s brand standards and local market trends.
- Coordinate daily operational activities within the marketing department to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain high levels of service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in all guest‑facing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, front office, and food & beverage—to create integrated promotional offers.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and operational challenges with professionalism and a solution‑focused mindset.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, guest satisfaction scores, and ROI on marketing spend.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering insights, analyzing data, and recommending actionable strategies.
- Lead or supervise junior team members, providing coaching and mentorship to foster a high‑performing environment.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and future opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests, partners, and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Professional appearance and a guest‑oriented attitude; fluency in English (spoken and written) is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Leadership potential for supervisory or managerial responsibilities, with a track record of fostering teamwork.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, proactive, and comfortable with data‑driven decision making.
