Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers from a pre‑qualified database using a scripted approach that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Present bank products and services clearly, highlighting benefits, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
  • Conduct needs‑analysis interviews to uncover customer pain points and recommend tailored financial solutions.
  • Accurately record all interactions, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system or daily activity report.
  • Perform diligent follow‑up calls to nurture leads through the sales funnel until a closing decision is reached.
  • Maintain high standards of communication etiquette, ensuring the bank’s reputation remains positive.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets set by the sales manager.
  • Handle objections, answer product‑related questions, and resolve initial customer concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales supervisors, the operations team, and other telemarketing agents to ensure smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.
  • Adhere to data privacy regulations and protect confidential customer information at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18 – 35 years.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; clear, persuasive, and confident tone.
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound call centers is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and familiar with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, meeting KPI‑driven targets.
  • Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends, when required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Optional but preferred: understanding of banking products such as personal loans (KTA), credit cards, insurance, and fintech services.
  • Soft skills: communicative & confident, disciplined & responsible, result‑oriented, resilient under pressure, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
