Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment products directly to shoppers at partner outlets.
- Guide customers through the application and payment process, ensuring they understand the benefits and terms of the financing options.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to demonstrate mobile‑app features, capture leads, and update sales data in real time.
- Create and manage engaging social‑media content that highlights Home Credit’s financing offers, driving traffic to the outlet and increasing brand awareness.
- Maintain a tidy, well‑presented workstation that reflects the professional image of both the partner retailer and Home Credit.
- Collaborate with outlet managers and Home Credit supervisors to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Provide post‑sale support, answering follow‑up questions and assisting with any issues that arise during the repayment period.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of retail sales or customer‑service experience, preferably in financial services or consumer electronics.
- Age 40 or younger.
