Responsibilities

- Design, update, and improve course syllabi, instructional materials, and assessment tools to reflect the latest developments in accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
- Supervise undergraduate theses, projects, and internships, providing academic guidance, methodological support, and constructive feedback.
- Conduct original research in accounting, finance, or related fields, aiming for publication in peer‑reviewed journals and presentation at national or international conferences.
- Participate actively in departmental and university committees, contributing to policy development, curriculum review, and quality assurance processes.
- Engage with professional bodies, industry stakeholders, and alumni to create internship opportunities, guest‑lecture series, and collaborative research projects.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students, fostering their professional growth, ethical awareness, and career readiness.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of emerging accounting technologies, data analytics tools, and regulatory changes to enrich classroom discussions.
- Contribute to community outreach initiatives, such as financial literacy workshops, that enhance the university’s social impact.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Master’s degree (S2) in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline; a doctoral degree (S3) is highly desirable.
- Applicants who have not yet obtained a NIDN (Nomor Induk Dosen Nasional) or NUPTK (Nomor Pokok Tenaga Pendidik) are welcome to apply.
- Strong academic record demonstrated by photocopies of diplomas and official transcripts for S1, S2, and, if applicable, S3.
- Comprehensive curriculum vitae (CV) or detailed daftar riwayat hidup outlining educational background, research interests, teaching experience, and professional achievements.
- Relevant supporting certificates or competency qualifications (e.g., CPA, professional accounting licenses, teaching certifications).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging instructional materials and to employ modern pedagogical techniques, including blended learning and digital platforms.
