The role focuses on developing a robust network of Marketing Agents, conducting consumer surveys, and evaluating loan eligibility using our proprietary 6C + 1P framework. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Marketing Agents (MA) and prospective consumers for both MotorKu and MobilKu products.
- Conduct on‑site surveys to collect accurate data for new financing applications.
- Analyze consumer creditworthiness using the 6C + 1P criteria (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition of Economy, Constraint, Purpose).
- Present tailored financing solutions that match the specific needs and financial capacity of each client.
- Achieve monthly booking quality and sales targets while maintaining high approval rates.
- Prepare detailed, timely reports on marketing activities, field surveys, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with branch managers and product specialists to refine marketing strategies and improve market penetration.
- Provide feedback from the field to help enhance product offerings, marketing collateral, and the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
- Experience: 0+ years – fresh graduates are welcome, though experience in marketing, banking account management, insurance, BPR, or cooperatives is an advantage.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of any age may apply.
- Gender: All genders are encouraged to apply.
- Mobility: Own a motorcycle with a valid SIM C and be comfortable spending approximately 80% of time in the field.
- Technical: Possess an Android smartphone for real‑time data entry and communication.
- Geographic Knowledge: Familiarity with the Malang or Kepanjen territories is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to effectively convey financing options and negotiate with agents and customers.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to apply the 6C + 1P framework and make sound credit decisions.
- Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend events.
- Preferred Background: Experience in leasing or a willingness to learn leasing fundamentals.
