- Support HR functions by maintaining employee records, leave balances, and onboarding documentation.
- Facilitate clear communication between team members, supervisors, and external partners.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest efficient workflow enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- At least 2 years of relevant administrative or back‑office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and professional email etiquette.
- Exceptional filing and data‑management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—and the capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors.
- High level of discipline, honesty, and accountability.
