Introduction
Mie Gacoan, a fast‑growing brand in Indonesia’s food‑and‑beverage sector, is opening a new store in Kab. Bulungan, Sengkawit. We are seeking energetic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Crew Toko. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or anyone passionate about delivering excellent service in a vibrant restaurant environment. As part of the launch team, you will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity to grow with the company while helping to establish our newest outlet.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job‑desk functions across the restaurant, including cashier, server, noodle preparation, bar, dim‑sum, production, and clean‑up stations.
- Perform rolling station duties, ensuring flexibility to cover any area as needed during peak periods.
- Provide friendly, timely, and accurate service to every guest, adhering to Mie Gacoan’s hospitality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health and safety protocols and the company’s sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic food‑preparation tasks under supervision.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
- Support cash handling procedures, ensuring accurate transactions and proper end‑of‑day reporting.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Good physical health with no chronic illnesses that could affect performance.
- Possession of a current SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Willingness to work in a shift system, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to complete a 3‑ to 4‑month training program at any Mie Gacoan branch, with company‑provided transportation and accommodation during the training period.
- Readiness to be placed at the new Sengkawit store upon completion of training.
- Basic skills in barista work, cash operation, customer service, and food‑and‑beverage handling are a plus.
