Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail‑oriented Online Shopper – Kemitraan to join the dynamic team at Hero Balikpapan – Mall Fantasi. This position is the frontline of our e‑commerce operation, responsible for turning online traffic into satisfied customers. The successful candidate will manage order flow, keep product listings fresh, and act as a trusted point of contact for shoppers across multiple digital channels.
Located in the vibrant commercial hub of Balikpapan, our mall blends traditional retail with cutting‑edge digital experiences. As an Online Shopper, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the physical store inventory with our growing online presence on platforms such as Shopee, WhatsApp, Grab, and other marketplace sites.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming orders from e‑commerce platforms, WhatsApp, Grab, and Shopee with accuracy and speed.
- Verify order details against current stock levels, ensuring product availability before confirmation.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, and availability, delivering a high‑quality service experience.
- Regularly update inventory counts and pricing information across all online sales channels to reflect real‑time changes.
- Assist the marketing team by uploading promotional banners, new product images, and descriptive content to the online storefronts.
- Broadcast the latest promotions, flash sales, and special offers to the customer base via messaging tools and social media.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and store staff to resolve any stock discrepancies or fulfillment issues.
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales transactions, returns, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Participate in shift rotations, ensuring coverage from Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender and any age; no upper age limit.
- Prior experience as an Online Shop Administrator or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with major marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and social media tools.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and turn them into positive outcomes.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and inventory management software.
- Team player who can collaborate with sales, logistics, and marketing departments.
