This entry‑level position is perfect for recent high‑school graduates or anyone with a passion for food‑service and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry. As a crew member you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, enjoyable dining experience while supporting the operational efficiency of our outlet.
The role is based at the new Mie Gacoan Magetan branch and offers a dynamic, rotating schedule that includes evenings, weekends and occasional holidays. If you are communicative, adaptable, and ready to learn multiple stations in a bustling restaurant environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master all job desks and positions within the restaurant, including cashier, server/waiter, noodle preparation, bar, dim sum, production, and clean‑up.
- Perform rolling station duties, seamlessly transitioning between stations as needed to maintain service flow.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, taking orders accurately and delivering food and beverages promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate billing and receipt issuance.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area, kitchen, and back‑of‑house zones according to local health regulations.
- Assist in food preparation, including portioning noodles, assembling dim sum, and supporting the kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of consumables, report shortages, and assist in restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve guest issues quickly and professionally.
- Adhere to company policies regarding shift schedules, punctuality, and uniform standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge, service techniques, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in food & beverages, restaurant, or customer service environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
- Good physical health; no chronic illnesses that could impede shift work.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) with no criminal record.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule (Tuesday to Sunday) and be flexible with hours.
- Readiness to be deployed to the new Mie Gacoan Magetan branch for its launch phase.
- Basic barista skills, cash operation knowledge, and strong customer service orientation.
- Team player who can handle multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
