Introduction

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our dynamic team as Crew Toko Penjualan at our bustling restaurant in Sangatta. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across all facets of restaurant operations, from front‑of‑house service to back‑of‑house preparation. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about the food & beverage industry, enjoy interacting with guests, and are ready to thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master every job desk and station within the restaurant, including cashier, waiter/server, noodle station, bar, dim sum preparation, production line, and clean‑up duties.
  • Participate in a rolling‑station schedule, allowing flexibility to cover peak periods and support teammates where needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, adhering to local health regulations and company SOPs.
  • Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting any shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Engage in regular training sessions at the store to continuously improve product knowledge, service techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and end‑of‑shift reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and presented according to brand standards.
  • Provide feedback on operational improvements and participate in team meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 30 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service environments (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, active attitude.
  • Good physical health with no chronic illnesses; must possess an active SKCK (Police Clearance).
  • Willingness to work a 6‑day shift schedule with one weekday off.
  • Readiness to undergo store‑based training and adapt to rotating station assignments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, multitask under pressure, and maintain a positive demeanor with guests and colleagues.
