Introduction

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Office Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a motivated young woman who thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth functioning of daily office activities. The role offers a stable work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with hours from 08:00 to 17:00, and compensation that aligns with the regional minimum wage (UMR) and experience level.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain office documentation, ensuring all files are accurately filed, updated, and easily retrievable.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and courier services, while responding promptly to internal and external inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms, preparing agendas and taking detailed minutes as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders, and oversee vendor relationships to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and basic HR administrative tasks.
  • Support the finance team with invoice processing, expense reporting, and record keeping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, greeting visitors with professionalism and directing them appropriately.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, providing administrative assistance that enables project teams to meet their deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female, with a maximum age of 28 years.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Demonstrated capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common office software.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
