Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers for smartphones, tablets, accessories, and related services.
- Handle inbound inquiries, process sales transactions, and accurately record customer data in the POS system.
- Listen actively to customer complaints, investigate issues, and resolve problems promptly while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a tidy, well‑stocked sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform stock replenishment, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) specific to the airport retail environment, including security checks and safety protocols.
- Participate in regular product knowledge training sessions and share insights with colleagues to improve overall service quality.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to recommend improvements that increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a professional appearance and exhibit a positive attitude during all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
