Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is expanding its collection team in Sanggau, Kalimantan. We are seeking a diligent and results‑driven Remedial Officer (Penagihan) to join our growing workforce. This role is pivotal in ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and supporting the financial health of our loan portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with credit analysts, sales teams, and external partners to achieve collection targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end collections processes for overdue accounts, ensuring all actions are performed within defined timelines.
- Monitor and track A/R aging reports daily, identifying high‑risk accounts and prioritizing collection activities accordingly.
- Conduct outbound calls, send formal notices, and arrange face‑to‑face meetings with delinquent borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.
- Coordinate with the credit department to verify borrower information, assess repayment capacity, and recommend restructuring options when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the company’s CRM system, documenting each interaction, agreement, and outcome.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, highlighting collection rates, challenges encountered, and proposed improvements.
- Collaborate with legal counsel for escalated cases that may require litigation or asset seizure.
- Promote a customer‑centric approach, offering respectful yet firm communication to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on compliance, negotiation techniques, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate degree) or S1 (bachelor’s) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit collection, loan recovery, or a related financial services role; relevant experience is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the posting.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, and adapt to the local work environment in Sanggau.
